When we mentioned this recipe on Facebook and so many of you wanted to know how to make them! So here it is, our favorite cheesecake recipe – triple threat cheesecake!

Here's our recipe, it makes 4 cheesecakes to be used as meal replacements!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- ¾ Tbsp. gelatin (great lakes or similar)
- 1 block (16 Tbsp.) organic cream cheese
- ½ Tbsp. cinnamon
- ½ Tbsp. vanilla
- ½ Tbsp chocolate Stevita delight (if making PM chocolate nutreince)
- 4 packets nutreince (AM or PM)
- 4 scoops IN.POWER protein
- 1 Tbsp. SKINNYfat Original
Directions:
1. Melt the gelatin into the water over medium heat.
2. Place all the rest of the ingredients into a blender and blend with the gelatinized water.
3. Separate into 4 ramekins & chill
4. Eat as one meal! Enjoy!
